THE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME THAT
CHANGES HOW YOU LEAD.
Not how you think about leading. How you actually do it, in the room, under pressure, with your real team watching.

ENLIST IN THE FOUNDING COHORTYOU’VE PROBABLY ALREADY DONE THE THEORY.
You know what good leadership looks like. You've read about it, sat through workshops on it, maybe even paid someone to coach you on it, and there are things you do differently now because of it. But if you're honest with yourself, when the pressure is on and your team is looking to you and the decision is hard, you still default to old patterns.
That's not a knowledge problem. You don't need more models. What you need is a programme that makes you apply what you already know, repeatedly, in your real context, with real accountability, until new patterns replace the old ones.
That's what Mission Ready is built to do.
"Most leadership programmes end with you feeling motivated. This one ends with you operating differently. There's a before-and-after assessment built in specifically so you can see exactly what changed."
YOU’LL GET THE MOST FROM
THIS IF…
Â
You lead a team, a business, a department, a function, and you know that what you're building can only go as far as your leadership can take it.
You're capable and driven, but there's a version of your leadership that's still running on the same instincts that got you here. Your team waits for you more than you'd like, the mission feels clear in your head but hasn't made it onto paper in a form your people can actually use, and when you hand something off you tend to keep one hand on it. You know all of this, and you've probably known it for a while.
You've probably tried to address it. A course here, a book there. The problem probably wasn't the content. It was the lack of any structure that made you apply it in real time, with real consequences, before moving on.
MISSION READY IS BUILT AROUND THAT SPECIFIC GAP.
WHAT FOUR WEEKS ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE.
Mission Ready is a cohort programme, a small group of leaders moving through it together on a fixed timeline, not a content library you browse when the mood strikes. There are live calls, peer accountability, and a 7-day rhythm designed to keep the work moving without overwhelming you.
The rhythm is deliberate. Fourteen days gives people too much room to drift. Seven days creates exactly the right amount of pressure.
Lessons
Short, focused, built around doing.
Apply
Field Orders executed at work with your real team.
Sitrep
A short structured reflection that keeps you honest.
Live Brief - BONUS
Bi-monthly live group video calls with Mark.
The Field Orders, your weekly assignments, are done at work, not on top of it. You're not being asked to find extra hours. You're being asked to spend the hours you're already working more deliberately.
WHY THE FRAMEWORK HOLDS UP UNDER PRESSURE.
Mark Wales spent sixteen years in the Australian Army, including four tours of Afghanistan with the SAS. He holds an MBA from Wharton and spent time at McKinsey, and he's led in conditions where the cost of poor leadership isn't a missed quarter or a difficult board meeting.
Mission Ready wasn't built from observation. It was built from operating, in environments where the frameworks had to work. In the founding cohort, Mark is directly present throughout — in the live calls, the community space, and the conversations that occur in the twice monthly calls.

PHASE BY PHASE.
Here's what shifts for leaders.
Before it begins
You start on Day 1 with a baseline self-assessment already completed across four dimensions of your leadership. You've written a personal mission statement for what you want to change by the end. Unlike most programmes, which begin with content, this one begins with you knowing exactly where you are.
Prepare the Operator
This phase starts with you before it touches your team. What's your actual focus right now, and what's pulling against it? Where are your team's values clear, where are they untested? Leaders leave knowing exactly what needs to change before anything else can.
Prepare the Mission
You'll write a mission statement your team can understand and act on — a working declaration of purpose they can use to make decisions. Break it into strategic pillars, run a pre-mortem, and identify failure points before they appear under pressure.
Lead the Team
This is where the work moves from you to them. Identify the specific mindset shifts your leadership needs and put one in place before the phase ends. Assess psychological safety, apply deliberate practices, implement a structured learn-and-adapt system so setbacks become data, not damage.
"I had that conversation I'd been avoiding for six months. I don't know why I waited."
Execute the Mission
Delegation, simplicity, speed, performance when the stakes are high, and leading your team through loss and adversity when things go wrong. By the end you have a framework for the moments that used to catch you off guard — applied in real conditions during the programme itself.
Evidence, not a feeling
Five days after Phase 4, you complete the same self-assessment you took on Day 1. The gap between those two pictures is obvious. You will have learnt to create mission clarity, lead through trust rather than control, and act decisively under pressure. The Mission Ready Deployment Certificate is issued here, and it means something because of what you had to do to earn it.
Live Command Briefs
As a bonus, operators also get access to live group video calls with Mark to close each phase, ask questions, stress-test decisions, and bring the work back to real leadership conditions.
EVERYTHING IN THE
PROGRAMME.
Video lessons
Short, focused, and built around doing, not just watching. Every lesson leads somewhere you can act on immediately.
Field Kits
Frameworks and worksheets you use during the programme and keep afterwards as a permanent reference.
Sets of Field Orders
Your applied practice for each phase, executed at work with your real team — not extra effort on top of your day.
Sitreps
A short structured reflection at the end of each phase that keeps you honest about what is actually shifting.
BONUS Live Command Briefs
Twice monthly live calls with Mark where you get a chance to ask questions and get feedback.
The Ops Room
Cohort community space — useful for the moments when you're mid-implementation and want a sounding board from people doing the same work.
Before & After Assessment
You measure yourself on Day 1 across four dimensions, then again at the end. The gap between those two pictures is yours to keep.
Mission Ready Certificate
Issued on completion, worth more than most certificates because of what you had to actually do to earn it.
Achievement badges
Milestone recognition at the moments that matter across the four weeks.
QUESTIONS ?
I don't have time for a four-week programme.'
The lessons run to about three to four hours per phase, and the Field Orders happen at work rather than on top of it. Add a two-hour live group call at the end of each phase and you're looking at roughly five to six hours of additional commitment per phase. The harder honest question isn't whether you have the time. It's whether you're willing to protect it for four weeks.
'I'm not in the military. Will this apply to me?'
The frameworks were developed in a military context but they apply wherever leadership is real. Leaders who've come through the programme work across financial services, technology, professional services, healthcare, and early-stage businesses. The SAS background doesn't make this a military programme. It makes it a leadership programme that was tested somewhere the cost of getting it wrong is real.
WHY THIS PARTICULAR MOMENT MATTERS.
The programme is complete. The architecture is set, and it's been built to a high standard. The founding cohort isn't a beta. What it is is the cohort where Mark is most directly engaged — in the live calls, the community space, and the conversations that run across the four weeks. After this cohort, the programme moves to its evergreen price. That's not a pressure tactic. It's just how it works.
“Mark has worked closely with us to develop and deliver content for our OSGAccelerate and Mission Nutrition student programs, as well as speaking at our staff conferences across Australia, the UK and North America. He gets our audience, delivers with real expertise, and gives staff and students practical tools to grow and perform at their best.”

What comes next after Mission Ready?
FOUR WEEKS FROM NOW, SOMETHING WILL BE DIFFERENT.
Your team will execute more independently because they'll have a mission they understand and a leader who delegates with intent. You'll make decisions faster under pressure because you'll have frameworks you've actually tested — and a before-and-after that shows you exactly how far you moved.
Or the next four weeks will look a lot like the last four.
